I have 13 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant. During this time, I have developed a very strong working knowledge of the body system, movement patterns, and specialty trainings such as Kinesio Taping certification and Functional Manual Muscle Certification. I blend my physical therapy skills into my massage to improve my clients mobility and help reduce pain and irritability in muscle groups.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
