I fell in love with massage as a kid. I enjoyed making people feel better and more relaxed with nothng more than my 2 hands. I first went to Massage School in 1995. Since then I have continued to learn and grow as a massage therapist.g I have experienced massage in all the places I have traveled in the world and am always seeking seminars to expand my knowledge. I was a co owner and therapist at Natural Choice Massage Therapy for 15 years. I am now very excited to begin this new chapter with Relaxology.
This classic massage will ease your stress and allow relaxation. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension as well as other health benefits. To this I add modalities I have learned over my 30 years of massage education and experience. No session is alike, I focus on your specific goals, requests, and needs. In this space I want you to feel heard and cared for. Areas of focus, amount of pressure and modalities used are completely customizable by you.
