Athena’s passion for treating the whole person is evident in the thorough and holistic approach she brings to her practice. Operating from a client-centered and trauma-informed perspective, she creates a safe, restorative space for her patients. Athena has decades of experience working with high-level athletes of all ages, pre and postpartum people, chronic pain, and has taken extra training in the treatment of TMJ dysfunction. Her patients are active participants in their treatment program. This ensures they achieve their wellness goals to show up as the best version of themselves in all areas of their lives. Athena is a former instructor at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and volunteered to accompany 2 youth soccer teams from the European Football School in North Vancouver on their European tour. She believes the body can heal when offered what it needs.

It includes a thorough intake of your health history, any indicated assessments, massage/manual treatment, homecare/lifestyle/rehabilitative exercise recommendations, and time to undress prior to and redress post-treatment. Please have your intake form completed prior to your session or treatment time will be used to complete it. As of Jan 25, 2025 we will no longer be a provider for ICBC or Worksafe claims.
