Graduate of Queen’s University Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2011. Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Advanced training in acupuncture, manual therapy including spinal manipulation, osteoarthritis & joint replacement, vestibular dysfunction, neurological impairments, taping, soft tissue release, exercise prescription, geriatrics, Bradcliff breathing and many more. Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours from Brock University 2007. Believes in the healing power of laughter and everything in moderation. Reader of many books. Has broken herself in the past and knows how it feels to be a patient.
1 hour full assessment of physical functioning. We will get you to move, put our hands on you to feel the movements and test the body. Required before treatments. Please note we are a teaching facility and as such, kinesiology or physiotherapy assistant students may be present and involved with your care. We welcome discussion on this topic. We also have a friendly hypoallergenic dog - Barley Hops the Bernadoodle onsite from time to time. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with this and we are happy to accommodate.
