Dr. Rachelle Viinberg, ND completed her education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2010, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Victoria. She maintains a private practice in the Toronto Beaches, with a strong focus on Sports Medicine, Hormonal Regulation, and Digestive Health. Dr. Viinberg is a 2012 Olympic silver medalist and 3-time Olympic rower, who attributes her athletic success to her comprehension of optimizing performance, increasing immunity, and decreasing recovery time. She has been an RSNC clinic supervisor since 2015, and loves empowering her interns and patients to be their best selves. In her off-time, Dr. Viinberg enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and exploring Torontos playgrounds while trying to keep up with her energetic daughter. For all New Patients who would like to begin care at our clinic under the Sports Medicine and Pain Management Focus Shift. This appointment will be conducted in person Your appointment will be conducted by a senior student intern who is supervised by a licenced naturopathic doctor. During the appointment the intern will review your health goals and health history then if possible and the supervisor agrees they will make preliminary treatment suggestions. While we aim for this treatments are not guaranteed at the first appointment. This appointment is not assigned to a specific intern, it is only linked to the supervising ND.
