Brenda Bryson is a 6th generation Fredericksburg girl who has been a Physical Therapist since 1997 and a Massage Therapist since 2007. She found her purpose taking John F Barnes Myofascial Release classes in 2002 and is an expert practicioner. Brenda opened Monarch Physical Therapy in 2011 and is skilled in dealing with chronic and acute pain, pelvic floor issues, and "stuff that just gets in the way of feeling good".
Massage
The John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach is considered to be the ultimate mind/body therapy that is safe, gentle and consistently effective in producing results in reducing pain, headaches, fibromyalgia symptoms, and increases range of motion and function.
Physiotherapy
This can only be booked after booking the PT initial evaluation and treatment, these are your follow up treatment sessions and must be what is outlined in the treatment plan (either once a week, twice a week, etc).
