I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years. I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, range of motion, pain management, injury/surgery recovery, and prenatal. I worked in the I.T. field for 15 years before my massage practice, so I understand how sitting at a computer all day can cause great stress to the mind and body. I've also had reconstructive surgery to my shoulder, and can attest to how important massage therapy is for the healing process. I enjoy skiing, hiking, music, and billiards.
