Over 20 years in the medical field assisting physicians, physician's assistants and nurse practitioners in all aspects of patient care with empathy, compassion and experience. becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist has enabled me to continue to serve all those seeking relief from daily stresses, "issues in their tissues" and harmony within themselves. My love for teaching others led me to become a Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor in 2016. I live by the mantra that everything you know is worth nothing unless you share it with others. My medical background was a natural transition to also becoming a Certified Medical Massage Practioner. I have served on the American Massage Therapy Association Texas Board, and continue to serve as a Coordinator for the Southeast region. I also work with the Federation os State Massage Therapy Board by contributing to the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination. My passion is my profession and I will do all that I can to the advancement of Massage Therapy and the benefits it holds.
An extended full-body session allowing time to incorporate more advanced techniques (like trigger point therapy or gentle joint mobilization) to target chronic pain patterns that contribute to anxiety and poor sleep quality.
