Growing up in Whistler, I developed a deep appreciation for nature and an active lifestyle, understanding early on the importance of movement for overall well-being. My early years were spent building strength and balance through competitive gymnastics until age 13, and I later enjoyed skiing and biking—activities that fostered both resilience and a love for the outdoors. This passion for movement led me to study the human body in depth, starting with anatomy, physiology, and various sciences at the University of Victoria. I soon decided to focus on massage therapy, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2010. Over the years, I encountered my own nagging pain and discomfort, which fueled a personal journey to explore different healing modalities that could help me—and my clients—achieve lasting relief. In the spring of 2023, I discovered the Spinal Flow Technique, a transformative approach that has allowed me to reconnect with the activities I love, now pain-free. My journey through self-discovery and healing continues to inspire my practice, where I strive to help others find the same sense of freedom in their own bodies.
