Kara is an osteopathic manual practitioner with a focused passion for supporting mothers, babies, and families through every stage of life. She specializes in infant osteopathy, as well as care during pregnancy and fertility, helping the body create optimal conditions for growth, development, pain management and healing. With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry as a wellness consultant, fitness trainer, kinesiologist, and osteopathic practitioner, Kara brings a holistic, intuitive approach to care. She is dedicated to helping the body restore balance, self-regulate, and function at its highest potential. Kara has a special interest in working with infants, supporting common concerns such as feeding and latching difficulties, tongue tie, reflux, colic, constipation, torticollis, head shape asymmetries (plagiocephaly/brachycephaly), sleep challenges, and general discomfort. Her gentle, hands-on approach helps babies settle, regulate, and thrive. She also works closely with women through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. Her treatments aim to support alignment, reduce physical strain, and create an optimal environment for fertility and a more comfortable pregnancy experience. While her primary focus is perinatal and pediatric care, Kara also supports clients with pain management, injury prevention, and overall structural balance. Kara believes in empowering her patients with a deeper understanding of their bodies, along with practical tools to support long-term alignment, prevention, and well-being beyond the treatment room.
