I have been a licensed massage therapist for over five years, and I truly love what I do. Over this time, Ive had the privilege of helping thousands of people feel better, from relieving chronic pain to creating deep relaxation. My extensive training in anatomy gives me a strong understanding of the muscular, nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems, which I apply to every session. I specialize in detailed work on the shoulders, neck, and arms, and Ive also helped many clients find relief from sciatica and lower-body discomfort. Ive worked in both spa and medical settings, including Massage Lake Charles, Spa Du Lac at LAuberge Casino Resort, and with chiropractors at Biomedical Health, and Center For Chiropractic And Rehabilitation. This diverse experience allows me to combine therapeutic techniques with a relaxing touch. Depending on your needs, I may use a combination of myofascial release, cupping, scraping, hot stones, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques.
