Jake started his massage journey in March of 2024 when he graduated from the American Institute in Somerset, NJ, He maintained a 4.0 GPA over the course of his program and finished his program with honors. He comes highly recommended by his instructors and aspires to teach massage therapy to the next generation of therapists. He has begun via tutoring massage therapy students to help them pass their licensing exams and reach their goals. As a new massage therapist, he enjoys the challenges of applying what he learned in school to his sessions and continues to learn from every massage to develop his craft. Eager to work in a therapeutic environment, Jacob is very excited to join our team of experienced professionals and grow his skill set in his new career. Primarily using Swedish massage techniques as a foundation, he is able to provide relaxing, therapeutic sessions with the client's needs at the forefront. He continues his education here with us at Massage Therapy Group in the in-house Neuromuscular Therapy training program and at home where he continues his studies. Jacob is launching Massage Therapy Groups newest service offering: a 60 minutes Simply Chill Swedish Relaxation Massage for $85 which aims to calm the nervous system and relax your body into a state of bliss. Jacob is currently on-site two days a week. He lives in Frenchtown, NJ with his wife, who is also a massage therapist, step children and their Corgi named MacGyver.
