I graduated from the Central FloridaSchool of Massage in 2004.Aftergraduating Istarted working in the field of Medical Massage right away. Since then I have taken many Educational coursestofurther my education and widen my scope of practice. Iam a certifiedMasterlevel in Medical Massage since 2006. I have certification in Postural Distortion and Exercise rehab. I am aCertified Personal Trainer, long time weight lifter, and Fitness Coach. I wouldsay that most of mypatients come to see me for Deep Tissue massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective Tissue, Pregnancy massage, Scar Tissue Reduction, Sports Injury, and PostSurgical Recovery massage. I am hoping to bring a different aspect into my work with adding the option to have Personal Trainingalong with massage. I feel that it is really important to be able to understand what we are doing to our bodies everyday. With casual posture adjustments, and easy pointer and tips to helpyoukeep that relaxed,"just massaged" feeling longer between visits.
