Hello! So glad you found Reflexology By Rhonda. I have been doing Reflexology for approximately 25 years. In my early 20's I started having painful headaches. I knew a woman that did Reflexology and she assured me she could help...I certainly didn't give her claim much weight, and besides I was very ticklish on my feet. Eventually I sat down with her and by the time the session was over my headache was gone! Years later I went to school and became a certified Reflexologist. Hands are dipped in warm paraffin, and Reflexology begins on the feet then removing paraffin and light Reflexology to the hands, finishing up back at the feet.
