After a lifetime of playing sports and Personal Training, Bradon graduated to become an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist). Dealing with severe injuries as a teenager, the rehab process was a huge part of being able to continue doing what he loved (Hockey/Baseball/Training). Bradon started the continuous process of learning how to move better with less pain and has a passion for helping others do the same. Taking an active approach while also focusing on relaxation, Bradon uses many techniques to help people achieve whatever goals they may have. Treatment plans are carefully curated to the needs of each person, focusing on strengthening, mobility, and manual therapy. Outside of Personal Training and Massage Therapy, you will find Bradon training to lift heavy and jump high. He also will talk your ear off about his bulldogs and the amazing coffee shops/food places in the city. This duration includes the following: * Initial Consultation: A brief intake to discuss your goals, concerns, and any necessary health updates. * Hands-On Treatment: The massage therapy session, customized to address your specific needs. * Transition Time: Time for you to get on and off the table, as well as to change before and after the treatment.
