I first studied philosophy at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where I developed an appreciation for the complexity of human experience and its relationship to health. I later earned my Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. My clinical interests include mental health, anxiety and stress management, metabolic health, weight management, blood sugar and healthy lifestyle support, as well as sports medicine and physical performance. I enjoy working with patients across a wide range of health concerns and taking the time to understand the individual factors that influence their health and wellbeing.
