December of 2017, I graduated from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies located in Nashville, TN. When I moved back home to Northeast Arkansas, I started my career working independently as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Arkansas. Over the last 6+ years, I have gained knowledge/experience of wide range modalities and techniques including prenatal and trauma informed massage. A 60-minute upper body massage focuses on deeply relaxing and releasing tension in the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, arms, scalp, massage facial, and chest utilizing techniques like kneading, stroking, and presure point work to alleviate stress and discomfort, while promoting improved circulation and range of motion in the upper body.
