Tim grew up playing many sports, mainly hockey, which led him to develop an interest in health and fitness. Tim worked as a personal trainer before ultimately deciding to pursue a career in injury rehabilitation. After graduating from SFU’s kinesiology program, he went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Tim uses a variety of treatment modalities, including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, cupping, kinesiology taping, and exercise therapy. He is also trained in MDT (Mckenzie method), neurodynamics, and TPI golf movement screening. Tim has a passion for getting you back to doing the things that you love to do. Through a patient-centred approach, he believes in empowering you with the knowledge and tools to manage your symptoms and create positive movement experiences. His goal is to see you reach your goals. Outside the clinic, you can find Tim on the golf course yelling “fore”, freezing his butt off while coaching hockey, in the gym, riding his bike, cooking, playing very mediocre guitar, or relaxing with a good book.
