Registered Physiotherapist Trevor has a Master’s degree in physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, as well as a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. He has been a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist since 2005, and continues to coach and consult in addition to his physiotherapy practice. A former athlete at the National Triathlon Centre, Trevor did his Master’s research on the correction of dysfunctional movement patterns in swimmers. He has been a team Therapist for Athletics Canada (National track & field team, West Hub) since 2014, and has worked as the in-house physiotherapist at the Canadian Sport Institute. Although he enjoys treating people from all walks of life, Trevor has a strong clinical interest in runners, swimmers, cyclists, & Crossfitters. A manual therapy-oriented physiotherapist, Trevor enjoys taking a hands-on approach to most clinical challenges. He is certified in Functional Dry Needling (IMS), and believes that most physical limitations can be addressed by a combination of hands on treatment and movement re-education. Away from the clinic, Trevor tries to stay fit enough to keep up with his wife and two kids.
