Hi, my name is Dawn. I am a Colorado native and currently live in Frederick. I graduated from Heritage College in March of 2006 with an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Therapeutic Massage. I believe everyone can benefit from massage therapy and that it is not just a luxury. The benefits of massage are ENDLESS! My mission is to help my clients heal their bodies, embrace the down time and to overall feel AMAZING! Each massage is customized to your needs and wants, therefore I believe that integrated massage is the best approach. When I am not doing massage I am working on my passion project helping people on the nutrition and fitness side of things. I am a FittCoach with RightFitt and ProjectMe helping people reach their desired health goals. I am also a mother of 3 and a wife. I enjoy family time, meditation, reading, working out, yoga, being silly and loving life!
