Nadine is a dedicated and experienced member of the ACCEL Health and Sports Performance Centre team, bringing with her over 35 years of experience in the health, wellness, and athletic performance fields. Nadine’s background is as diverse as it is impressive. Her professional journey includes decades of coaching competitive gymnastics, personal training, and practicing reflexology. This multifaceted experience has given her a strong foundation in understanding the body’s mechanics and a keen eye for recognizing individual movement patterns and limitations. She is a proud member in good standing of the Atlantic Canada Association of Reflexology Therapists (ACART) and continues to integrate this skill into her practice. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and a desire to provide deeper, more lasting outcomes for her patients, Nadine began her studies in Osteopathic Manual Therapy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2019. Her training emphasizes classical osteopathy with a focus on anatomy, physiology, and whole-body systems thinking. Nadine graduated in October 2024, and her expanding scope of practice reflects her commitment to providing holistic, patient-centered care based on traditional osteopathic principles. At ACCEL, Nadine blends her hands-on therapeutic skills with her extensive coaching and fitness background to help clients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. Whether working with athletes, active individuals, or those managing chronic pain, she brings a calm, compassionate, and methodical approach to every session. Outside the clinic, Nadine finds joy and renewal in nature. She spends much of her free time along the beautiful riverbanks of Cape Breton, fly fishing, hiking, and hunting. These experiences fuel her appreciation for balance, resilience, and the interconnectedness of the body and environment—values that she brings into her clinical practice every day.
