As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I approach the body through a biomechanical understanding. I view muscles as dynamic spring and pulley systems, structures that store tension, generate force, and influence movement through interconnected chains that attach to the skeletal system. Every muscle applies force vectors to the bones it connects to, and when tension patterns become imbalanced, those forces can gradually pull the body away from a structurally stable alignment. My work focuses on helping restore balance within those systems by reducing unnecessary tension, improving mobility, and supporting the body’s natural structural integrity. Through intentional, anatomy-informed bodywork, I aim to help clients move more efficiently, reduce pain, and reconnect with a sense of ease and stability in their bodies.
This treatment incorporates a variety of massage techniques such as deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and manual lympathic drainage in order to meet your specific needs.
