Dr. Jessica Sopotnick was born and raised in Michigan and received her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. Dr. Jessica knew helping people was something she was passionate about so she decided to pursue a Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Port Orange, Florida. She is a board- certified chiropractic physician in the state of Florida and is working on obtaining more certifications to better treat her patients. She believes in the importance of taking a conservative approach to healthcare in order to help her patients reach optimal levels of health and performance. Dr. Sopotnick enjoys educating and guiding her patients to become the most resilient, healthy, and strongest versions of themselves through chiropractic care and movement. She is passionate about improving the health, wellness, and performance of active populations of people of all ages along with athletes and pre/post natal patients. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband & family, long walks with her dog Kona, working out, and spending time at her favorite coffee shops.
Every new patient is required to complete a 40-60 minute new patient examination with the doctor. The new patient examination includes health history, vitals, review of systems, spinal examination, movement examination, and other patient specific examinations. This is required to determine if each patient is a candidate for chiropractic care. If the patient is cleared, they can be treated the same day. Note: patient may be required to obtain special imaging or other testing prior to treatment being rendered.
