I look forward to meeting you and working towards your overall health, wellness and restoration. I offer a few different massage modalities: Swedish for nervous system, and muscle tension relief; as well as specific treatment options like Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage.
Neuromuscular Therapy- Is a deep treatment to a specific muscle group where pain, tension and muscular dysfunction exist, that uses a variety of trigger point techniques to provide a deep and lasting relaxation of your muscular problems. This would be a great option if you are currently working with a Physical Therapist, have old or new injuries. (This does not include a full body massage)
