Kabir completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at McMaster University. Through McMaster’s problem-based learning and research-focused program, he built a strong foundation in evidence-based practice. He gained valuable experience at a campus sport medicine clinic, working with athletes of all levels, and through placements with Fraser Health, refining his skills with diverse populations. Kabir takes an active and holistic approach to rehabilitation, creating tailored care plans to help his patients achieve their goals. He incorporates manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and personalized exercise programs that focus on restoring function, improving mobility, and facilitating a safe return to daily activities or athletic performance. Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care, Kabir has earned his Level 1 Certification in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (AIM) through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopaedic Division and plans to pursue higher-level AIM certifications to further enhance his skills and expertise. As a marathon runner, snowboarder, and amateur basketball player, Kabir draws on his athletic background to connect with patients and understand the demands of their sports. He combines this insight with tailored rehabilitation strategies, addressing both physical and mental aspects of recovery to help athletes return to peak performance with confidence and resilience.
