I come to Somatic with a deep commitment to helping clients feel their best—whether they’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation and stress relief. Since graduating in 2018, I have specialized in sports massage, stretching techniques, and deep tissue therapy to improve mobility, reduce tension, and enhance overall physical wellness. Having always had a strong interest in fitness and movement, as well as experiencing injuries, I understand firsthand how vital it is to maintain mobility, prevent injury, and recover effectively. I’m a believer in the power of touch to heal and restore balance. When we are more in tune with our bodies, we’re able to manage stress more effectively and experience greater comfort within our lives. Through techniques like active stretching, trigger point therapy, and reflexology I guide clients to move more freely and mindfully, unlocking both physical relief and mental clarity. I also encourage breathing exercises and mindfulness practices to deepen relaxation, helping you feel grounded and centered throughout the session. My goal is to create a safe, calming space where you can unwind, release built-up tension, and leave feeling more connected to your body and at peace in your mind. I’m continually learning and growing in my practice, and I’m passionate about using the latest techniques and insights to provide the best care possible.
