Zdenka is a registered acupuncturist with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC), specializing in a diverse range of conditions such as acute and chronic pain, stress-related issues like anxiety and depression, digestive disorders, neurological concerns, menopausal symptoms, sleep disorders, and musculoskeletal conditions. Originally from Slovakia, Zdenka completed her university studies in both Slovakia and Japan, earning a master’s degree in science, which eventually led her to move to Ireland and then to Canada in 2010. Her journey into holistic medicine began after the birth of her children. Few years later, she transitioned from a career in health care to Chinese Medicine following her own healing experience with acupuncture. Zdenka graduated from PCU College of Holistic Medicine (Vancouver Career College) and looks forward working with you to help you achieve a better balance of mind, body, and spirit. Zdenka provides acupuncture treatments in English, Slovak and Czech.
