She believes in the benefits of maintaining a relaxing environment in order to promote stress relief. Christine aims to create a safe and comfortable space so that together her patients are able to reach their treatment goals. She enjoys using a variety of different techniques such as myofascial release, general Swedish massage, trigger point release, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage and stretching. Outside of the clinic, Christine enjoys being in nature, traveling and spending time with her family (including her 4 cats and 1 dog) and friends. “I have always had a passion for helping people – I fully understand the limitations that follow injury or medical conditions and through massage I love using my skills to help others regain their mobility, to improve their health and be able to return to the activities they love”.
