MPT, BSc Kin As a competitive soccer and lacrosse player as well as a runner, I spent a considerable amount of time sidelined through injury. This passion for physical activity and developing interest in rehab led me to pursue first a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Using an exercise and manual therapy-based approach, I firmly believe that physiotherapy is most effective when care is delivered with strong communication and empowerment through education. My priorities are to ensure you feel listened to, understood, and able to enjoy your own personal experience and process of recovery. Just as no two people are the same, no two recovery paths are the same: I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients on a treatment plan that suits your specific needs. Outside the clinic, you can find me on a soccer pitch, golf course, mountain top, or couch watching whatever soccer game is on.
