Hello, I am Taylor, and I am passionate about healing and bodywork. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 5 years. My goal is to assist my clients with relaxation, recovery, and pain management. I specialize in lymphatic massage; certified in MLD (manual lymphatic drainage- vodder technique). Specialties include Swedish, Deep tissue, Himalayan salt stones, etc.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This service will target specific areas of the body that have excess lymph blockages.
