Changing how you feel, one muscle at a time I've been practicing massage for 10 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and CNT to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again. Desk jockeys, weekend warriors, stretched to near breaking Moms, let me show you what reclaiming your body and your sanity feels like. What you can expect from me is to listen to your concerns, and to modify your treatment each time depending on your goals. I believe with an open ear and communication, we can design the perfect massage session every time! Ultimately, I would like to have a lasting client-therapist commitment. Consistency in treatment allows me to re-balance your body and help you achieve your full potential. I have a comfortable space with a heating table and I only use high quality products/oils.
