Acupuncture
When acupuncture is used as a complementary treatment it is a powerful tool. Neuroanatomical acupuncture is a western adaptation of the knowledge and understanding from traditional Chinese medicine where extremely fine needles are inserted into your skin at key sites. We use acupuncture to stimulate soft tissues, nerves, blood vessels, muscles and other structures to influence the way your body works. It can be helpful in the treatment of pain, to improve your body's own healing capacity to recover from injury, your mental health and your general feelings of wellbeing. It can be used alongside other approaches to help you manage symptoms associated with gastrointestinal disease, cardiorespiratory problems and dysfunction in any other body system.
