My name is pronounced Auggie. NC LMBT # 20817. I went to massage school in the late 90s and ran a small massage practice for 10 years in Dallas Texas. I moved to the Raleigh area in 2008 and begun a new career as a Registered Nurse. I love Nursing and still work as a Nurse. During the Covid pandemic as I experienced high levels of stress, and I decided to make a personal change to go back to my roots of massage therapy. My biggest goal is on improving the quality of life of my clients through stress and pain relief, self care, and relaxation. I want to provide a place where it is peaceful and calming where you refresh and heal. I have been training with aromatherapy since 1998. I consider myself a body work therapist and enjoy focusing on integrative therapy to improve range of motion through trigger point and myofascial release and Thai massage. I've have worked with NFL and university team athletes, rugby players, triathletes and cyclists. I have advanced training in deep tissue, sports massage for injury and recovery, prenatal massage, Advanced Cupping, Thai massage training which I traveled to Thailand completing extensive advanced training. I look forward to welcoming you into my practice.
Each massage starts with assessment and treatment plan, I will customize the treatment to your needs, we will focus on problem areas or relaxion. You may choose options of aroma therapy oils or blends, use of hot rocks, heated table, foot treatment with hot towels. Cupping provided with either trigger point or myofascial release, I do not add upcharges for any of the extra services. One flat fee, for you to not worry about extra charges just come and be spoiled.
