I have been serving massage clients in Valparaiso for the last three years. Prior to bringing my massage services to Valpo, I worked in Fort Wayne and Plymouth as an athletic trainer, personal trainer, massage therapist and at an outpatient physical therapy clinic. I have over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field. I have been an athletic trainer in the high school, collegiate, and professional sports arenas. I will combine my knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and injury treatment and prevention to deliver a unique treatment experience.
An hour of customized therapeutic techniques and bodywork to meet clients' needs. Additional modalities that can be incorporated into the massage include cupping, instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization, Fascia-blaster, hot stones, and Thera-gun percussion.
