Autumn is a graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. During her time at the College she had the opportunity to treat a variety of individuals and conditions providing her with experience in an array of different areas. These areas ranged from orthopedic conditions like sprains, strains and postural conditions to more systemic and neurological conditions. During her studies Autumn had the pleasure of completing outreaches at Douglas College and UBC where she gained experience and knowledge in treating athletes. Autumn incorporates a variety of modalities within her practice such as myofascial release, general swedish massage and trigger point release to effectively release tissue tension and muscle soreness.
