Joe brings a solid foundation in biomedical physiology, human movement, and natural health to his role as a Kinesiologist at Altius. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Physiology from Simon Fraser University, where he completed the Co-operative Education program, and is a BCAK-registered Kinesiologist. With a passion for evidence-based rehab and performance, Joe is committed to helping clients recover, move better, and build long-term strength. With over five years of experience as a natural health advisor, Joe has worked closely with naturopathic patients and compounding pharmacists to provide personalized, supplement-based support. While his primary focus at Altius is kinesiology and injury rehabilitation, he also offers holistic nutrition guidance as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) for clients interested in integrating lifestyle and dietary strategies into their recovery and wellness plans. A hobby bodybuilder since age 13, Joe understands the discipline needed to build and support physical resilience, something he brings into his work with clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, managing chronic conditions, or seeking to improve movement confidence. His approach centres on education, smart progression, and empowering clients to take ownership of their health journey. Outside the clinic, Joe enjoys training hard in the gym, visiting his family’s farm, and going on long hikes with his girlfriend as part of her dog walking business.
