Nice to meet you! My name is Sally, and I am the co-owner of MoCo Restorative Massage and CrossFit Baile. I'm so excited to bring outcome-based massage to Whispering Pines. A couple years ago, I recognized the need to bring a more holistic approach into the wellness industry. Many athletes and individuals neglect to recognize the power in massage as a self-care practice. I have a huge passion in bringing Therapeutic Massage to the community, and I truly love what I do! I practice Swedish, Geriatric, Prenatal, Chair and Sport Massage, Reflexology, and taping. I'm looking forward to helping you achieve your best health!
Equine Massage Therapy provides a great deal of benefits for your equine partner. During this service, I will access your horse for movement patterns, injuries, range of motion, muscle tension, discomforts, and more to find the best course of action. Each session lasts from 1-1.5 hours and will include myofascial release, trigger point work, stretching, and relaxing bodywork to help achieve the best outcome for your horse. I will travel to you.
