Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Please note: Massage is booked on the hour or half hour and the allotted time includes time to switch over the sheets, reset the room and allow the patient to change/dress. Therefore, the actual time spent on the table is approximately 50 minutes.
