Kenzie’s journey into massage practice was inspired by her personal history in sports and training. Having experienced injuries, soreness, and related stress first hand, she understands the impact it can have on daily life, and the relief massage can provide. Kenzie completed an intensive 20 month massage program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She has experience providing massage for tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy, nerve entrapments, disc herniations, chronic pain, sprains, strains, as well as general muscle and joint soreness. Kenzie is committed to providing her patients a comfortable and safe treatment. She incorporates various techniques such as Swedish, neuromuscular, myofascial release, and joint mobilization’s to help provide relaxation and relief from muscle/joint soreness.
