Dr. Janet Chan, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who supports children’s health and development by getting to the root of what’s going on and creating practical, realistic care plans for families. She works with children and teens experiencing concerns such as picky eating, sleep difficulties, digestive issues, frequent illness or immune concerns, big emotions, sensory sensitivities or processing challenges, ADHD, Autism, and developmental delays. Alongside her clinical training, Dr. Chan has extensive hands-on experience working with children in summer camps, youth sports coaching, kids’ yoga, and movement-based programs. This background shapes her playful, compassionate, and practical approach with kids of all abilities. Her care focuses on nutrition, digestion, immune health, and foundational development, along with simple, doable strategies parents can use at home to support regulation, behaviour, eating, sleep, and daily routines. Appointments may include detailed health history, physical assessment, and functional testing when appropriate, to better understand the underlying factors affecting your child’s health. Dr. Chan partners closely with families to provide clear guidance, step-by-step support, and encouragement through every stage of the journey—helping children feel better, function better, and thrive in everyday life.
