Dr. Palmer was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. She played collegiate basketball and attained her Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Science & Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Her education did not stop in the midwest. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic, Master of Sports Medicine, and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She is a self-proclaimed biomechanist nerd and loves educating patients on the anatomy of the human body. She provides exceptional attention to detail and prides herself on the fact that she will help you achieve your goals regardless of where you are at in your journey. Dr. Palmer has dedicated time to learning about specific rehabilitative techniques and treatment methods through additional hours of continuing education courses in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT)- Part A, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Neurodynamics (Upper & Lower Extremity), and Motion Palpation (MPI). During her time in school she was heavily involved in MPI as a student representative. Dr. Palmer resides in the Phoenix area with her husband and daughter. She is passionate about spending time with her loved ones and getting outside to hike & be active. She looks forward to meeting you and working together to get you moving better & feeling better!

New Patient Visit & Treatment

All new patients will be seen for one hour with the doctor for a thorough history, examination, & treatment.
