Julie has been a long time team member as she joined Body Specific after graduating from Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2016. Julie’s expertise lies in Senior Massage, Prenatal Massage, Swedish Massage, and Cupping coupled with her focus on Trigger Point Therapy. She demonstrates an integrative approach by incorporating slower medium pressure techniques when addressing specific muscle concerns while still creating relaxation for the client. Outside of work, Julie loves spending her time exploring a variety of different destinations, working with horses and having family time.
