That experience drives her passion for helping athletes and active individuals get back to doing what they love confidently. Dr. MJ uses a combination of hands-on HVLA adjusting and instrument-assisted techniques, including Activator and SOT pelvic blocks. Her care also incorporates soft tissue therapies such as Active Release Techniques (ART), cupping, and Graston.
