Hi! I'm Dr. Shawna Brumfield. My passion for holistic health and wellness began after being diagnosed with uterine fibroids in my early 20's and making the bold decision to heal myself naturally without the use of drugs or surgery. From there, I continued my personal healing journey which lead to several holistic health certifications, mentor-led sacred ceremonies, and truly healing myself mind, body and spirit. This personal journey also led me to chiropractic, and serves as the very reason I chose chiropractic not only as my career of service, but as my way of life! Since founding Abode Family Wellness in 2013 I have been blessed to share both my knowledge and experience with hundreds of individuals and families in my private practice and several corporations and their teams through my corporate wellness programs and initiatives. My passion and specialties range from: gentle and specific chiropractic care, energy healing, herbal nutrition, frequency meditation, perinatal wellness, breathwork, corporate health and wellness, and many other holistic healthcare modalities that bring harmony + wholeness to those I serve.
