I absolutely love working with those who are ready to dive deep into WHY they are feeling the way they are, and to explore not only the physical causes of symptoms, but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their health. If you’re struggling or overwhelmed, I get it. I’ve spent years navigating symptoms that nobody could explain or that weren’t considered serious enough to investigate. Now, I am here to support others who are also seeking to understand the WHY behind their symptoms. While I don’t promise to have all the answers, here’s what I DO promise: I won’t give up on you. Dr. Alexa earned her Bachelor of Medical Sciences from Western University, and then completed her naturopathic training at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC. She is a member of the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta, the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
