I grew up in Needham, Massachusetts, and come from a long family tradition of doctors, nurses, dentists, and surgeons. New England has always felt like home to me, and I especially enjoy spending my summers here exploring the beautiful coastal towns, discovering local restaurants and bookstores, and finding the hidden gems that make this region so special. I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Oriental Medicine with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership. I offer an integrative approach to wellness. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping people effectively address anxiety, stress, pain, fertility concerns, and complex or difficult-to-treat conditions by looking beyond the symptoms to understand the whole person. I earned my Masters and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine, including clinical rotations in Shanghai, China. I attended Harvard University, completing a Master’s degree in Management - with a heavy emphasis in healthcare leadership. Additionally I hold dual along bachelor’s degrees in both Pre-Medicine and Accounting. My background in healthcare leadership coupled with clinical expertise has given me a unique perspective on the many factors that influence health and well-being. I am nationally board-certified, NCBAHM: National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine - and am licensed to practice acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy and interpret biomedical records in both Connecticut and Florida. Outside of my practice, I am an avid traveler, golfer, and lifelong learner. I love being near the water, discovering beautiful places, and spending time with friends and family. My philosophy is simple: when we take the time to understand the whole person, not just the sympto, we create a much greater opportunity for meaningful and lasting change. I believe that true wellness comes from understanding the individual, creating a thoughtful and personalized approach, and giving the body and mind the support they need to move toward greater balance and health.
