Initial Acupuncture Appointment

Welcome! Initial appointments usually run 60-75 minutes. Every case is unique, but a typical course of treatment for an acute condition is 3-5 sessions spaced out over a couple of weeks. For more chronic conditions, at least 5-10 sessions are more appropriate, and appointments are usually scheduled every one to two weeks. For those interested in acupuncture for wellness and disease prevention, we recommend coming in every 4-6 weeks or at least once per season. Thank you!
