Shobna Bali is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Registered Acupuncturist. She earned her master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The 4-year curriculum at this school consists of over 4,200 hours of training in acupuncture, herbal medicine, practical clinical experience, energetic exercise and adjunct therapies which include: tui na (Chinese massage), Eastern nutrition, moxibustion, cupping, electric stimulation, gua sha, and auriculotherapy. She specializes in sports medicine acupuncture. She is very passionate about healing through the connection between mind, body and soul, and also takes pride in helping patients to cope with stress and pain management. She enjoys meditation, yoga and breathing exercises and also receives regular acupuncture treatments to balance the body with qi and blood
