As a registered PT with 5+ years of experience and a lifelong athlete, Carrie knows the frustration of being sidelined by injury. She’s passionate about helping her clients get back to the sports and activities they love — stronger and more confident than before. She especially enjoys working with frisbee players, snowboarders, and those recovering from ACL injuries.
Our Run Assessment is designed to help runners move more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and improve performance. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, dealing with recurring pain, or preparing for your next race, this assessment provides a detailed look at how your body handles running demands. During the assessment, your practitioner will review: * Running history and training volume * Current or previous injuries * Mobility, strength, and stability * Running mechanics and gait analysis * Footwear and training considerations You’ll leave with a better understanding of what may be contributing to pain, inefficiency, or performance limitations, along with individualized recommendations and exercises tailored to your goals. Please bring: * Running shoes * Athletic clothing * Any current footwear or orthotics you regularly use Ideal for runners of all levels.
