Lisa Riviello is a NC Licensed and Board-Certified Massage Therapist, who is a graduate of Body Therapy Institute since 2011. She uses a variety of techniques to deliver client centered bodywork by listening to clients to deliver customized massage sessions. Lisa specialties include: Deep Tissue, Swedish or Relaxation, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Pre-natel, Reiki, Light Stretching and Mobilization techniques. Lisa became a massage therapist after years of being in the Technology industry sitting in front of a computer and realizing the benefits of receiving regular body work. 60 Minute Deep Tissue Massage (half body massage with focused treatment area-upper body or lower body)Trigger Point therapy is also used to relieve severe tension and pain in both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It increases circulation and helps to improve range of motion.
